Q: Do I need a prescription?
A: On the product page, it will display whether or not that particular medications requires a prescription. If it does not mentioned anywhere that you need a prescription, then you do not need to submit one.
Q: Do you offer medical advise or provide online prescriptions?
A: No, we do not provide this service. If you need a prescription, please see your medical doctor, and if you are unsure about taking a specific medication, we highly recommend talking to a professional.
Q: I am interested in buying a medication, but I am taking another one. Is it safe?
A: In this circumstance, we highly advise you to ask your doctor to make sure taking more than 1 medication is safe. Some medications combined can be hazardous. If you are taking a medication (or more than 1), please seek a healthcare provider before purchasing anything from us to ensure your safety.
Q: What forms of payment does eonlinepharmacystore.com accept?
A: We currently accept two types of payment on our website: Credit Card, VISA & Master Card only.
Q: How long will it take for me to receive my medication?
A: We ship via Registered Air Mail or EMS and delivery can take anywhere between 7 and 21 business days depending on which Shipping option you choose.
Q: Where are your medications shipped from?
A: Depending where you are located, and which product you are ordering, we will ship your medication from one of our worldwide facilities. We ship most of our medications from India .
Q: What shipping methods to you provide?
A: We currently offer Registered Air Mail, and EMS shipping (to select Countries).
Q: Do eonlinepharmacystore ship globally?
A: We can ship your order almost anywhere. We do not however, ship to Netherlands or Mexico and some other higher risk countries.
Q: Is it possible to change my shipping address?
A: If you need to change your shipping address before your order has been shipped, you have to mail our Shipping department to let them know. Be sure to include your order number, name and the new shipping address (no PO Box). If your order has already been shipped, unfortunately, there is nothing we can do. You will not be able to change your address at that point.
Q: How do I place an order?
A: When you click Add To Cart from any product page, you will be taken to our secure shopping cart, where you will be asked to fill in your contact information, shipping and billing information. At the bottom of the page you will be asked to input your Credit Card details. After you hit the submit button and confirm your order you will receive a Thank You page along with your order number.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: You may cancel your order before your order is shipped (within 12 hours). We can not accept order cancellation once the order has been shipped. Any chargeback's / disputes to credit cards without communicating with us first will be treated as Fraudulent. All details, including original order form, Terms and Conditions, username, IP addresses and access logs bearing members IP addresses and/or e-mail addresses and username will be forwarded to the issuing Credit Card Company (Fraud Division), FBI (Credit Card Fraud Division) and all Credit Reference Agencies which will probably result in a query into members credit card payment habits. Credit Card Fraud is a serious crime and will not be tolerated.
Q: What is your return / refund policy?
A: We do not accept any returns on medication, however if you have not received your order, or if you have been short-shipped, we can provide you a refund.
Q: What happens if I receive an incomplete order?
A: If something goes wrong with the shipment we will resend your package with an extra 10%, free of charge to you. Alternatively, if you do not wish to have that done, we can offer you a full refund.
Q: I am having issues placing an order, what can I do?
A: If you are having problems inputting data, or you are receiving some error when checking out please send email us on [email protected] and let them know the exact issue you are having. There should be no reason why you cannot place an order, but technical issues can arise!
